vast majority is of spiritual origin - either come from other realms/aspects of this world , or other worlds entirely . still , not out of question for some people to lack any kind of prior history outside this court - whether originate from brain , in-court birth , as intentional creation , and so on .
really there is no functional difference here , but at times useful to note down those origins , and so far struggle to find word which could cover all of those at once . court native , perhaps :D
